No fewer than seven players are missing for Fortuna Sittard this weekend. Alen Halilovic is among those currently in Fortuna's physiotherapy room. The list of injured players also includes Onur Demir, Samuel Bastien, Alessio da Cruz, Ramazan Bayram, Makan Aïko, and Daley Sinkgraven.
Following their humbling 4–1 loss to PSV last time out, head coach Danny Buijs could make a number of changes to his starting lineup, with defensive midfielder Loreintz Rosier and centre-forward Bojan Radulović pushing for a start.
