    Coached by Tim Blenkiron. Trains in Las Vegas at the No Quit Academy, als at USTA center in Carson. Mother's name is Faye; father's name is Ronald Holmes (basketball coach); has two brothers, Shabazz (plays in NBA for Minnesota Timberwolves), and Rashad (plays basketball for the University of Miami). Started playing tennis at age 8 Favorite surface is hard. Tennis idol growing up were Williams sisters and Andre Agassi. Also enjoys shopping, watching other sports especially basketball, taking hikes, spending time with friends, and eating at good restaurants. Favorite tournament is US Open.
